Dosage:
Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the afternoon for 5 days before starting menstrual period. Then continue for 5 days during menstrual period or if the bleeding time period is greater or lesser than 5 days, continue 2 capsules in the morning and afternoon for the time line duration of the bleeding period.
