INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Customers who make any product purchases from CNC, and direct CNC to ship the products within a package to be delivered to destinations outside of the USA, must know their destination country's rules and regulations regarding the imported product(s).

Potential CUSTOMS Duties or Charges:

CNC is not, and will not be responsible for any holds, delays, or confiscations of ANY products for which such country has determined is/are unauthorized for importation into such country.  Additionally, CNC will not prepay for the customer, nor otherwise pay later for the customer, ANY customs import duties being charged for final delivery of such packages into the customers' possession.

CNC will NOT provide any refunds to customers who experience that their packages' destination country has confiscated such shipped packages due to any reasons provided by such customs' authorities.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING ( SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF USA )

If you are ordering products to be shipped to any destination address located outside of the USA, please be aware that all orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service ( USPS ) as a default, unless the customer chooses an alternative shipping method.

For customers who desire orders to be shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, you must first contact CNC by email to pay for and arrange such delivery of the desired products via these alternative shippers if you are having difficulty selecting such shipment carrier and completing your order successfully.

To ship via UPS or FedEx, please be advised that an additional $20.00 will be applied to the orders’ estimated shipping charges set by the shipper for the product order.

You, as the international customer, please be aware of the following and that for any international shipment the customer agrees to the following:

  1. CNC DOES NOT PAY IN ADVANCE NOR AT ANYTIME FOR ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES APPLIED BY THE CUSTOMERS’ CUSTOMS OFFICE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO THE CUSTOMERS’ COUNTRY OF PRODUCT DESTINATION.

  2. THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR 100% OF ALL IMPORT CUSTOMS CHARGES THAT ARE LEVIED BY THE CUSTOMERS’ COUNTRY CUSTOMS OFFICE OR DEPARTMENT.

  3. CNC WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY PROBLEMS THE CUSTOMER MAY HAVE WITH THE CUSTOMERS’ CUSTOMS OFFICE OR DEPARTMENT.

  4. IN THE EVENT THAT A CUSTOMS OFFICE SEIZES A CUSTOMER'S PACKAGE CONTENTS FOR ANY REASON, CNC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRODUCT REPLACEMENTS NOR REFUNDS OF ANY MONETARY AMOUNTS SINCE THE CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WHAT THEIR DESTINATION COUNTRY'S RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE REGARDING SUCH PRODUCTS ORDERED ADN IMPORTED INTO THEIR DESTINATION COUNTRY.
  5. CNC WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUND TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WHEN THE CUSTOMER FAILED AND/OR REFUSED TO PICKUP THEIR ORDERED PACKAGE AT THEIR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS OFFICE AND CNC RECEIVES THE CUSTOMERS RETURNED UNOPENED PACKAGE WHICH STATES THAT THE PACKAGE WAS REFUSED AT THE CUSTOMER'S COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS OFFICE.

  6. CNC WILL NOT PROVIDE NOR PAY FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INSURANCE UNLESS THE CUSTOMER SELECTS AND PAYS IN FULL FOR THE SHIPPING INSURANCE IN THE AMOUNT TO FULLY COVER THE ORDER PURCHASE AMOUNTS.

  7. CNC WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS WHICH HAVE DEPARTED THE USA AND CAN BE TRACKED BY SHIPMENT TO HAVE DEPARTED THE USA, BUT WHICH HAVE ENTERED THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION WHEREBY SUCH CONTRY DOES NOT PARTICIPATE IN SHIPMENT TRACKING PROCEDURES ONCE SUCH PACKAGE ENTERS THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION 'S POSTAL SERVICE SYSTEM.  NOT ALL COUNTRIES' POSTAL SERVICES PARTICIPATE IN THE INTERNATIONAL POSTAL UNION TRACKING SYSTEM AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE ADEQUATELY TRACKED TO THE FINAL DESTINATION, UNLESS SHIPPED VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL, FEDEX, OR DHL CARRIERS.  IN THESE CASES, USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL MAY NOT BE TRACKED ONCE IT DEPARTS USA BOUNDARIES, FOR WHICH THE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER HAMY FIND THEIR PACKAGE HAS BEEN STOLEN OR ILLEGALLY HELD BY THEIR OWN COUNTRY'S POSTAL SERVICE PERSONNEL IN AN ATTEMPT TO STEAL THE CUSTOMER'S MAIL.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

Although we have rarely had problems shipping products to Canada, whereas it is uncommon to find the Canadian Post loses mail, we understand, like any other country, there are times when products arriving into a non-USA country which weighs over one USA pound are intercepted by Canadian customs officers and held from being delivered until import or duty fees are paid prior to delivery, or for any other reasons.  This scenario WILL happen for packages shipped by FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS Priority or Express mail services.

We always therefore advise that Canadian customers either:

  1. Purchase a quantity under one USA pound in weight, so it will only be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class International Mail and not by USPS Priority Mail nor FedEx, nor UPS;
  2. Otherwise, to have the package shipped to a USA address across the border from Canada;
  3. To also know whether the products are legal to import into Canada or whether the product is illegal within Canada;

Purchasing customers whom make any product purchases, and direct the package to be delivered to destinations outside of the USA must know their destination country's Laws, rules and regulations regarding the imported product(s) and CNC is not, and will not be responsible for any holds, delays, or confiscations of unauthorized products for importation into such destination country.  CNC will not pay for any customs duties or additional charges for customers to be entitled to obtain possession of their packages from their home country's customs office or location which may be in possession of the  packages CNC has shipped.

Addresses provided by Customers which are invalid or show in CNC's shipping software as undeliverable:

When customers provide shipping delivery addresses, it is the customer's sole responsibility to provide accurate spelling and all other data for which shippers must use to accurately deliver packages.

If a customer enters delivery address data which the customer believes is accurate, but whereby CNC's shipping software and/or contracted shipping company informs CNC that such customer address is an undeliverable address, CNC will attempt to contact the customer to obtain address corrections.

CNC refuses to ship products when ShipStation informs CNC that such address data provided by the customer is undeliverable according to ShipStation.  If CNC has completed the customer's payment card processing and has accepted the payment amount the customer has paid via use of the customer payment card, CNC reserves the full and exclusive rights to charge a 10% fee calculated from the total sale amount processed in order to recover the payment card processing fees CNC is charged for both processing the transaction and refunding the customer.

Thus, CNC strongly urges the customer to review all data they input into placing and completing online orders made through the CNC website.
