WE ARE A PROFESSIONAL HEALTHCARE OFFICE. We are generally unavailable to answer incoming phone calls regarding website product orders, during our operating hours Mondays-Fridays, due to being busy with patient care services operations. We are not available on weekends, major holidays, government and bank type "holiday" closures, and during sports travel season extended weekends.
CNC website customer care phone calls are answered, when possible, from Monday-Friday 2:00-4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (USA), but only when our staff is able to answer such incoming telephone calls. If our staff is working with patients, walk-in clients, or is currently on another telephone call, we cannot answer incoming phone calls at that time. Please be patient and leave a detailed message, and staff will return phone calls or inquires within 1-7 business days, or longer, when our staff can make time to do so.
For faster service, we prefer all contact be first attempted through emailing us by using the CNC website's messenger service access available to you once you have set up an account and you log into your account. Once logged into your account, you can send a message to us via our website, not through your own email system to our email system as an option. You are still able to use your direct email address to send our email address a message as well.
IF OUR VOICE MAIL MESSAGE SYSTEM IS FULL, PLEASE EMAIL US WITH YOUR QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS, THEN PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND USE YOUR ACCOUNT'S MESSAGING SYSTEM FOR FASTER RESPONSES. WE HANDLE MOST EMAILS WITHIN 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS, or sometimes longer, depending on how many daily and weekly orders we are processing and shipping.

Our messenger service uses the customer's email address and CNC's email address to as secondary communication methods, but allows CNC to keep all written communications within the customer's CNC account and order system. We prefer you do not direct email us, but if you have no access to your CNC account for some unusual reason, you may direct email us. If you do not receive a email response within 1-2 business days, please call us as we have not received the email.
