Can the Maintenance Kit cause symptoms?

The Maintenance Kit is intended for patients to optimize their protocol progress and most will have taken these supplements throughout the protocol. For this reason, it’s unlikely to experience symptoms. However, if they do experience general symptoms such as bloating, fatigue, or headaches, they can lower to a half dose and/or introduce one product at a time.

Do any of the supplements interact with medication?

Always consult a licensed healthcare practitioner when introducing a new supplement. As a general guideline, it’s recommended to take all supplements at least two hours away from prescription medications.

Do the supplements have to be taken with food, or can they be taken without?

All of the supplements in this kit are recommended to take between meals for maximum potency. However, if patients are sensitive to any of the ingredients, they can take them with meals.

What’s the difference between Optimize A, Optimize B, and the Maintenance Kit? Which one should my patients do?

Optimize A, Optimize B, and the Maintenance Kit all achieve the same goal, which is to maintain and build on protocol/kit progress. However, the Maintenance Kit offers fewer products than Optimize A and B, as it’s intended to reduce the number of products in a person’s routine while offering our top everyday supplements for whole body support.*

If a person has completed the Comprehensive Protocol, Optimize A and Optimize B are the recommended steps to continue supporting detoxification, gut health, immunity, and mitochondrial function.* Once a patient has completed Optimize A and Optimize B, they can implement the Maintenance Kit.

If a person has completed the Foundational Protocol or another detoxification support kit or protocol (such as the Para Kit or MYC Support Protocol), they can introduce the Maintenance Kit as their next step to optimize progress.
