So happy
I have had issues sleeping for about two years. A friend suggested this spray and it is working great! Love that it is only 2 sprays so it will last a bit.

fast acting easy to use
Easy to adjust dosage one wants. The amount per dose makes it easy to adjust to a reasonable dose without getting too much. Many products have more than necessary with no way to adjust down.

Quick sleep No hangover
I have tried over 20 melatonin products. Most are too high in dose or take way too long to work. Or have lots of other stuff. Physica liposomal spray is perfect.
