Great Absorption
This is so easy to take. It's a small little round tablet (very little taste to it). Make sure you take it right before a meal, otherwise it can make you throw up if your stomach is empty and it it still dissolving in your stomach. I don't have proof with lab tests, but compared to another Zinc I was taking previously, this helped to fight off a sickness that went through the family. I never really noticed any difference with the other Zinc we used. Really like this product!
