Ingredients:

Suggested Use:

Adults:  20 to 40 drops in pure water three to five times daily.

Children:  1/2 or less of the adult amount.

Special Comments:

In severe cases, add 1 to 3 drops of PEPPERMINT OIL.  This brings great relief and easier breathing. 

Avoid cold drinks (cold restricts, while heat dilates).

To support immune functions, ECHINACEA No. 1, LYMPHONEST No. 10 and MYCOSURGE™ can be added.
