Can S-TRO cause symptoms?
If the dose is too high, a client may experience possible breast tenderness/pain, constipation/digestive symptoms, and fluctuations in their menstrual cycle. If any of the above symptoms occur, the dose can be reduced to one capsule per day with food, or one capsule every other day with food. This is also a sign toincrease drainage support.
Can I take S-TRO during pregnancy?
S-TRO should not be taken when pregnant or breastfeeding. However, it can be taken after to help support hormones.
Does S-TRO have to be taken with food, or can it be taken without?
S-TRO can be taken with or without food, but is best tolerated with meals.
Does S-TRO interact with medication?
