Most products ordered before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday - Friday MAY ship on the same day, depending on inventory availability. Shipping the same day as purchase is not guaranteed. Most products will ship within 5-10 business days pending inventory levels, credit card payment processing, and manufacturer availability.
We accept payments for products in advance for products we do not have in inventory. When we not ot have your product in stock, but you have paid for the product, we will procure for you the most recently manufactured products so you can receive the freshest batch available from the manufacturer. This method will cause a shipping delay, and your payment is your consent to obtain the freshest batch available for your ordered product(s).
PROBIOTICS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY SHIPPED WITH A COOLER AND/OR AN ICE PACK. IF YOU DESIRE YOUR PROBIOTIC TO BE SHIPPED WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROL, YOU MUST CALL TO ORDER SUCH PRODUCT, THERE WILL ALWAYS BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. IF THE COMBINATION OF YOUR PRODUCT BOTTLES ORDERED TOGETHER WITH THE WEIGHT OF AN ICE PACK ( NOT DRY ICE ) AND PACKAGING WEIGHS UNDER ONE POUND, WE WILL CHARGE YOU AN ADDITIONAL $10.00. IF YOU REQUEST THE CHILLING TO BE BY DRY ICE, WE WILL CHARGE YOU AN ADDITIONAL $75.00 OVERNIGHT EXPRESS MAIL CHARGE FOR YOUR REQUEST TO BE COMPLETED.
IF YOU CHOOSE FREE SHIPPING OR DO NOT CALL AND EMAIL US THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT ON OUR WEBSITE TO NOTIFY US FOR YOUR REQUEST TO SHIP ON ICE, YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE AND ACCEPT YOUR PROBIOTIC ORDER WITHOUT SPECIAL COLD PACKAGING.
If you order products after 2:00 PM on Friday, anytime on Saturday, or Sunday, products will not be shipped until the following Monday at the earliest, depending on inventory levels. Such orders may not ship until inventory is available within 5-15 business days.
90% of orders completed by the customer on Monday through Wednesday at 12:00pm (Noon) EST most likely may ship within 48 hours, depending on our inventory and/or manufacturers' inventory. This 48 hour window is NOT guaranteed. Most manufacturers' products will at times be out of stock and on a manufacturers' back order. This is NOT a situation that we are in control of, and of course, if you order products that are already on a manufacturer's back order, this will delay shipping of your product(s) ordered.
What is a back order you may ask? Although it is rare, some manufacturers may have their own difficulty with importing products or raw materials and this results in delays in clearing USA customs causing manufacturers' back orders for expected availability to be delayed.
If you desire to place an order for products to be shipped by USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS via any Express Mail delivery, you must FIRST CALL our office during our business operating hours to notify us of such desired delivery. If you fail to CALL our office on any day after 2:00 PM EST from Monday-Friday, or at anytime after 2:00 PM Friday through 11:59:59 PM on Sunday, we may not ship via USPS Express Mail until the following business day, or longer, depending on in stock inventory of the products ordered. Before you request shipping by USPS Express Mail or Priority Mail, please call us at 855-326-8449 to determine product inventory availability.
USPS no longer guarantees a 1 day delivery for USPS Express Mail, it is now a 1-2 day delivery for USPS Express Mail.
USPS Priority Mail is no longer a 2 day guaranteed delivery, but is a 2-3 day guaranteed delivery.
Before you request shipping by USPS Express Mail or Priority Mail, please call us at 855-326-8449 to determine product inventory availability.
We advise that you do not wait until the last day of your nutritional product supply needs to order products. Although we stock thousands of products in our inventory, you should not expect us to have all such products in stock at all times. Although sometimes manufacturers have a back order supply problem and manufacturers may take weeks to months to fulfill our orders which we made to them, manufacturers back orders are not common.
We always recommend you plan ahead at least 7-14 days from your nutritional products supply being empty to order or re-order products so as to maintain product dosage and frequency administration for all your health needs.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIME PERIODS POLICIES - EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS
For orders made on the day before, day of, or day after a USA Federal holiday date, or for orders made on a USA Federal Holiday falling on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, your order shipment will likely be delayed due to CNC staff and shipper employees all celebrating such holiday time periods.
USA Federal Holidays include, but are not limited to, New Year's Day, President's Day, Martin Luther King's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, et al.
Expect shipping delays of 2-14 days beyond our normal shipping policies for us to complete such order shipments. CNC advises customers to order their desired products accordingly due to such long shipping delays.
Any customer request for expedited shipping such as Priority or Express mail services during such USA Holiday shipping time periods will not be acknowledged nor completed accordingly by CNC. Please expect delays for any Priority or Express shipping methods.
