Advanced Mineral Support includes calcium and iron sourced from bisglycinate, which gives calcium good absorption characteristics and a form of iron that is well tolerated by the stomach.* All of the important trace minerals have also been incorporated into this formula. In addition, a small amount of vitamin D has been added to enhance the absorption of certain minerals.*
