A personal necessity
I've used this particular HPA Axis for several years now and it has become part of my regimen in dealing with HPA Axis & vagus nerve issues. Can't do without it. Also, ordered during COVID pandemic with the website warning it would likely take 2 weeks or more. Product was here in 2 days. Wow!
