Liposomal B Supreme provides B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, folate, biotin, and B12) formulated with liposomal technology. Liposomes are spheres made of phospholipids — the primary building blocks of cell membranes. Owing to this structure, liposomes bond easily with cell membranes to facilitate intracellular delivery of their nutrient cargo. Thanks to this enhanced delivery system, nutrients delivered in liposomal form offer superior absorption and bioavailability. Each 1 mL serving (approximately 2 pumps) of this citrus-flavored formula provides efficacious amounts of B vitamins with betaine (trimethylglycine) to facilitate methylation, which converts these nutrients into their "activated" forms.
